A Cyberpunk mural Tribute to Alfons Mucha in Geneva
Year after my intervention for « Plein-les-Watts festival », I had the privilege of collaborating with WallsStreet in Geneva to create a new mural titled « Dolores ». This piece pays tribute to my artistic inspiration, Alfons Mucha, and incorporates cyberpunk elements to explore the interplay between past and future. « Dolores » merges Mucha’s iconic Art Nouveau style with futuristic cyberpunk motifs. This fusion reflects on how we maintain our humanity amid technological advances. The mural features Mucha’s classic elegance alongside mechanical components, prompting viewers to consider the impact of technology on identity and individuality. The cyberpunk genre often raises questions about technology’s role in our lives. Through « Dolores », I aim to spark discussions about how we engage with emerging technologies while preserving our essence. This project has been deeply meaningful, and I hope « Dolores » inspires reflection on how new technologies take place in our lifes. More murals i did in Geneva here, Judith, Lancy, Salomé, Clémence, Victoria and the Semeuse.
